Maternity Session at Retzer Nature Center | The Senners

This blog post is dedicated to sharing Tony and Kasey’s maternity session at Retzer Nature Center! Would you believe me if I told you that there are TWO babies in that sweet little belly of Kasey? Well, you better believe it…cause it’s true! Tony and Kasey are expecting twins and looking forward to becoming parents in October 2020.

We initially planned to meet up and document their maternity photos at Retzer Nature Center on a Tuesday afternoon, but the weather looked cool and overcast. After a few more peeks at the forecast, we decided to push it back to later in the week and I am SO happy we did! As you can see from the session photos below, there was plenty of sunshine flooding through the trees and at the top of the hill during sunset.

One fun fact: They had two outfits planned for the maternity session (one pink and one blue). Kasey changed from a pink dress to a white top and blue skirt. I definitely thought it was intentional since they already know the gender of their babies (one girl and one boy). However, she said that it was totally random! I love when things like that just work out.
